Proposed Development Plan

Located at King George Station, the eastern terminus of the Expo Line, the Hub is bounded by three major roads: King George Boulevard, Fraser Highway, and Whalley Boulevard. Upon completion, the Hub will be intersected by an extension of 98B Avenue that will be a pedestrian-friendly commercial High Street with vibrant retail.

Developed in four phases, the first phase commenced construction in July 2013 and completed in Fall 2015.

As the Hub’s largest commercial phase, Phase B will feature a high-quality LEED Gold office tower at the corner of King George Boulevard and Fraser Highway, situated above a multi-storey retail podium that features a variety of apparel, entertainment, large format and service uses.

Phase B will complete the commercial High Street that extends through the property from King George Boulevard to Fraser Highway. The High Street will feature prominent green space, public art, seating areas and community gathering points to encourage a vibrant and walkable streetfront and transit plaza.


Phase C – Office and Retail

Office 150,000 SF | Retail 20,000 SF

To the east of the Coast Capital Savings Help Headquarters, across the Coast Capital Community Plaza, and in close proximity to King George Station to the north, Phase C will feature a high-quality, LEED Gold office tower above a retail podium.

Phase D – Residential

Retail 19,000 SF | Residential 1,200 Units

At the corner of Fraser Highway and Whalley Boulevard, Phase D will have approximately 1,200 high-rise and townhouse residential units. Residents will be uniquely situated to enjoy the Hub’s superior commercial and transit amenities. The residents will complete the truly 24-hour nature of the Hub’s vibrant mixed-use community.
